DDT Sky Tower

Quezon City, Philippines

Temple of Commerce

The 60-storey DDT Sky Tower is poised to become the tallest skyscraper along EDSA when completed and is designed as a distinctive landmark that best befits what the developer, Dataland, Inc., anticipates as the preferred business address in Quezon City. Aidea brings to this landmark project its extensive experience in high rise and BPO office design, LEED regulation compliance, retail design, and iconic placemaking.
As DataLand’s first venture into the office space segment, the tower was designed to cut a distinctive profile inspired by the tapering forms of stepped ziggurats and obelisks. Encased in a gleaming glass façade, the crystalline structure gradually tapers as it rises, and culminates in a diagonal peak. The DDT Sky Tower is divided into three different zones of varying floor areas and aims to serve as home to some of the most successful BPO companies and corporate offices in the country.
The DDT Sky Tower is situated on more than 5,000 sqm. of prime commercial land and will provide future locators convenient access to main thoroughfares and various transportation hubs, financial institutions, entertainment and recreational venues, retail centers, and business districts. The tower will have a total leasable office space of 115,000 sqm., reportedly the biggest in the industry. The office units are designed for maximum flexibility using a modular system that can be easily reconfigured and combined with other office spaces depending on the needs of the clients.

DDT Sky Tower is accredited by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and is geared for LEED certification.
