Situated at the heart of Bonifacio Global City, Globe Telecom's Headquarters consolidates operations and personnel from the telecommunications service provider’s 6 scattered offices into one efficient, cohesive, and technologically advanced signature building. The 28-storey structure houses over 4,000 employees and is committed to LEED Gold Certification. Aidea’s Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach where a collaborative, unified approach was implemented from project inception to move-in/move-out phase allowed for the integration of architecture, engineering, interior, and graphic environmental design to be completed in the timeliest and most efficient manner.

Aidea was tasked to create a distinctive exterior form to represent Globe's aspirations and to forge a strong link between consumers, people, and the community. In light of this objective, Aidea conducted extensive surveys and interactions with the employees to design a work environment that is fully in tune with the values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of the workplace. The concept for the interior spaces celebrates the company’s vibrant culture and passion for technology while providing the utmost comfort and encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
