The Columns Ayala Avenue

Alveo and Aidea collaborated on this project considered as the "first branding exercise for the real estate sector," a development designed for young urban achievers who desire a sophisticated home to match their status in life.

The firm integrated architecture, interior design and environmental graphics from the early conceptual stage to give the project a distinct look and character. Built in three phases, each tower remains as a stand-alone structure but the layout and architecture are fully coordinated as one. The design maximizes desirable views and directs sea wind to the residential units. Bamboo, the chosen graphic motif, is depicted in lobby murals and building exteriors. The Columns' country club-style amenities give it a further edge.
