Celadon

Through efficient use of space and conscientious master planning, Alveo Land, the developer, and Aidea were able to transform what used to be the Manila Jockey Club racetrack into this innovative mixed-use development. Residential, retail and business portions comprise the six-hectare site. The residential section has the Celadon Residences town homes and the two-tower Celadon Park condominium built side by side in a lush landscape. Retail and leisure areas are strategically located around E-Services building to give employees and residents the chance to eat, work and play in the same place.
