Aidea Cited as One of the Best Partners of Ayala Land Inc.
Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI), considered the Philippines' largest real estate firm and Aidea's
biggest local client has cited the design firm as one of its best partners when it comes
to implementing its thrust of "integrity, consistency of results and uncompromised
commitment to quality," principles with which it builds "real estate developments with
value that endure and enhance over time," according to Bobby Dy, Head of Ayala Land Premier.
Aidea's partnership with Ayala Land Inc. started in 2000 when it won the design for
the MRT 3 Retail Area. From then, Aidea has built a working relationship with the
prestigious developer based on mutual trust and integrity and today continues to
service ALI's various business units, delivering consistent high-quality service
for the full range of architectural design.
Among Aidea's key ALI projects are The Columns Ayala Avenue, the very first branded
residential development in the Philippines, the clustered themed residential units
located at Two Serendra composed of The Aston, Red Oak and Meranti, the UP-Ayala
Technohub, an industry-academe R&D center, Convergys, an international BPO office
and Park Terraces, its most recently launched hi-end residential project located in
the prime Central Business District of Makati City.
Ayala Land commissions Aidea for its architecture, planning, interior design and
graphic environments and its array of other related services such as schematic and
design documentation and its most recent service offering, Building Information Modeling.
In recent years, Ayala Property Management Corporation, a subsidiary of Ayala Land
who manages all of Ayala Land's developments, have also been recipients of the ASEAN
Energy Awards which recognizes energy-efficient buildings and sustainable developments,
something that has always been a strength of Aidea's designs.
